解決linux mint xed中文亂碼

linux mint 19 默認文字編輯器預設為xed，編碼為utf-8，解決big5亂碼問題步驟如下：

1. sudo apt install dconf-editor
2. dconf-editor
• org->x->editor->preferences->encodings
• auto-detected預設值改為['BIG5', 'UTF-8', 'CURRENT', 'ISO-8859-15', 'UTF-16']
